As bike riders, we loved the convenient location for exploring Plumpton Viticultural College and the short drive to Lewes. the apartment was clean, with a modern kitchenette and comfortable lounge area. the spacious bedroom had a super king bed with lovely linen, and the ensuite bathroom, though small, had all the necessary facilities. the flat screen smart TV with all the add-ons was a great bonus, and the complimentary breakfast provisions were much appreciated.

beautiful and good location not far from the nw outskirts of lewes, train station and quiet residential area, everything really good. very cozy building, fairly friendly and amiable staff. comfy and cosy rooms with an iron with ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment and television. the ambience was quiet. location so close to the downs.

Our second stay here was just as enjoyable as the first. The hotel provides basic kitchen facilities and a comfortable sitting area, perfect for a short stay. The bedroom, though small, was comfortable and the en-suite was clean. The location in a quiet residential area on the outskirts was ideal. The property was well-equipped and clean, suitable for a single person or a couple. The kitchen area was surprisingly usable and the complimentary milk, juice, tea, and coffee were greatly appreciated. The smart TV and good Wi-Fi were the icing on the cake. The attention to detail in the accommodation, from the comfortable bed to the high-quality towels, was evident. The lovely garden and useful local information were added bonuses.

No11 provided a superb experience with its huge, comfy bed and well-equipped kitchenette. the host even stocked fresh milk, orange juice, tea, and coffee for us. the bathroom products and fluffy towels added to the overall luxurious feel of the stay. The location also offered easy access to superb walks within walking distance. Cons: None. 🙌.

The fridge was stocked with plenty of milk and juice, and there was even fresh coffee available. The host was incredibly helpful, providing a welcome pack and offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. The location was perfect for exploring East Sussex, with the South Downs way just a stone's throw away. Despite a slight issue with access through the owner's garden and the low ceilings in the mezzanine, the overall experience was fantastic. The accommodation provided a great base for walking and discovering the charming town of Lewes. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the TV signal and small bathroom sink, I would highly recommend this place to others. I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at No11.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, being close to restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of the town center.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the headroom in the upstairs areas was quite tight, which made it difficult for taller individuals to maneuver without hitting their heads.
